[Plot parody loosely based on the novel The Catcher in the Rye written by J. D. Salinger ].

Helena, a 17-year-old girl, lives in a large contemporary city and attends a prestigious private school. Helena is sarcastic, intelligent and rebellious, she cannot stand the hypocrisy of society and the absurdity of social rules. After being expelled from school for her irreverent behavior, Helena decides to embark on a lonely adventure around the city, trying to understand the meaning of her life and her place in the world.


The call to adventure

In the course of her adventure, Helena meets a series of quirky and bizarre characters who challenge her view of the world and people. Among these characters are a street performer, an old woman who speaks only in rhymes, and a disillusioned businessman who has decided to leave everything behind to live in a city park.


Conflict

As she explores the city and interacts with these characters, Helena confronts her own fears and insecurities, reflecting on her adolescence and society's expectations. Through these experiences, Helena begins to understand that the world is much more complex and multifaceted than she thought, and that each person has a unique and interesting story to tell.


The key to the plot

After spending several days alone in the city, Helena realizes that her adventure has helped her mature and better understand herself and others. Back home, Helena decides to face her responsibilities and open a dialogue with her family and friends, sharing her experiences and lessons learned with them.
