A green table with playing cards and fichè

Narrator

First person

Primary genre

Thriller

Adaptability

4 of 5

Ordinary people do not approach the green table, they watch and criticize. The timid and foolish play even or odd, black or red. Bravadoes and fools throw money at a number and laugh when they lose. Real players know the odds and know how far to go. The smart ones stay on the other side: they spin the wheel and always win. Finally, there are those like me, who enter casinos with a rifle leveled and a balaclava lowered on their heads.

Incipit Adaptability

High adaptability to creating thriller, mystery, detective, noir, tension, hard-boiled stories. Mediocre adaptability to dramatic, psychological thriller genres.
